With its soaring nave and fine stonework, St John’s is a glorious venue for concerts, recitals, carol services and community gatherings. Its generous proportions and ample seating make it especially suited to choirs, orchestras and ensembles.
The building is available to hire outside of regular worship. Our team will help you plan seating, sound and access for your event.

Next door to the church on Long Street, the Parish Rooms offer a warm, light-filled hall for meetings, classes, rehearsals, children’s parties and receptions. A fitted kitchen, tables and chairs, WiFi and accessible facilities are all on hand.
The rooms can be hired by the hour, the morning or the full day, with flexible layouts to suit your group.
